Are you a gymnast or dancer who wants to enhance their flexibility, strength, sense of balance and agility? This is the summer camp for you! Through working on rhythmic gymnastics body and apparatus technique participants will gain an integral foundation that will improve their performance. Camp day activities include stretching and conditioning, ballet and acrobatics, learning new tricks with hand-held apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, ribbon and clubs), dance elements and fun filled activities to enhance coordination and agility. Open to ages 5-16.
Previous gymnastics or dance training is recommended.
Each student should bring lunch and water.
